Disclaimer: This video contains some approaches in training that I have grown out of and either no longer use or have evolved into a different way of applying them. It doesn’t mean the approach and advice in these videos are wrong, but my own experience and learning have added new concepts and tools to my toolbox, which I prefer to use now.
